In a thrilling upset at Ergo Arena in Gdańsk, Cuba defeated FIVB World Ranking leaders Poland 3-1 (22-25, 25-19, 25-21, 26-24) in front of over 9,000 home fans. This marked Cuba’s first win over Poland since 2010 and secured three critical points to maintain their position in the qualification zone for the Volleyball Nations League Finals.
